Celebrating Musical Excellence – 70 Years of the Edmonton Youth Orchestra 1952-2022
Michael Massey (EYO music director) and Jo Boxwell (70th Anniversary book author) will present on the history of the Edmonton Youth Orchestra. The event will include a book launch and ensemble music performances. Presented with financial assistance from The Canada Council for the Arts through The Writers’ Union of Canada.
Time: Doors Open – 5:30 pm; Dinner – 6 pm; Presentation – 7 pm
Location: Winspear Room, U of A Faculty Club (now the University Club)
Ticket cost: $65 for members, $75 for non-members
