The Edmonton and District Historical Society (EDHS) is fascinated with Edmonton’s local heritage, and proud to highlight the details of its history with the general public.
The EDHS board of Directors consists of volunteers who help guide and plan every facet of EDHS programs, publications, and events by organizing committees and carrying out its goals and objectives. Being a member of the EDHS Board of Directors is an excellent way to apply personal skills, insight, and perspectives towards enriching Edmonton’s heritage while also contributing towards our community. We have a Speaker Series, quarterly newsletters, Historic Festival Week, community outreach program and social media that all need support and input from our Directors.
